Accounts Executive

Your main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of companies’ accounts with minimum supervision to ensure timely reporting of your clients’ financial statements and accounts, and that they are prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards.

To qualify, you must possess:

  • ACCA, Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in handling full set of accounts,
    with at least three years in a senior
    or supervisory position
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.

You must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, oral and written communications skills are essential.

Corporate Secretarial Executive/Assistants


  • Manage a portfolio of companies with minimum supervision (for Executive)
  • Maintain and update statutory records
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions
  • Execute e-filing with ACRA and relevant authorities


  • ICSA qualified or pursuing ICSA courses
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for Assistant position
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in corporate secretarial services for Executive position
  • Good oral and written communications in English are essentials
  • Good personality with positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Chinese language will be advantage
