Exes Management Services Pte Ltd was formed in 1993 by a group of accountants after working with one of the international accounting firms for several years. They saw an opportunity to set up their company to provide professional and personalised services to clients, individual or corporate at competitive rates.

Drawing on knowledge and experience accumulated over the years by the partners, Exes specialises in meeting basic to complex accounting and accounting related requirements, tax compliance and planning and corporate secretarial matters for small and medium enterprises as well as foreign establishments.

Exes has grown significantly in sizes over the years and has affiliations with accounting and consulting company in Hong Kong and Malaysia. In addition, Exes has also formed alliance with an IT consulting company and an audit firm. With business advisory and IT expertise within our easy assess internally, Exes has the capability to provide a comprehensive range of services under one roof and therefore has an advantage over other accounting company.

Lim Horng Ling, CPA, ACIS
Founder

Horng Ling graduated with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Accountancy program from the National University of Singapore. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator (ICSA).

Upon graduation, she worked in an international accounting firm as an auditor where she gathered invaluable exposure in the areas of accounting and auditing of listed companies and foreign MNCs.

As one of the co-founder of Exes, she has more than 10 years hands-on experience in handling accounts, tax and corporate secretarial matter of growing enterprises and foreign establishments in Singapore. Some of the industries that she has been involved include Information Technology, education, electronics, engineering, construction, health care, entertainment and non-profit organisation.

She specialises in helping new start-ups, entrepreneurs and foreign investors in setting up their companies and providing corporate secretarial advice, assessing client’s accounting needs and tailor a cost effective solutions and financial and tax consulting for emerging businesses.

Shannon Lee Chee Hong, CPA
Founder

Shannon graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is currently a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation.

He started his career as an auditor in an international accounting firm in Singapore. He has more than 10 years of working experience in public practice and dealing with corporate taxation. He was involved in engagements concerning cross border tax arrangement, tax and audit due diligence, corporate tax planning and review on internal control and accounting system.
