We have not only grown significantly in size over the years, we have also formed affiliations with accounting and consulting companies in Hong Kong and Malaysia to better address our clients’ needs. As part of our service expansion plans, Exes created an alliance with an IT consulting company and audit firm too. With both business advisory and IT expertise available readily, Exes has the capability to provide a comprehensive range of services under one roof. Our People At Exes, we have more than 15 years of experience in handling accounts, tax and corporate secretarial matters for SMEs and foreign enterprises in Singapore. Our team comprises Certified Public Accountants (CPA), ACCA and ACIS holders, with each staff focused on their specialised strengths. They are dedicated to help start-ups, entrepreneurs and foreign investors with a wide range of services, from setting up of companies, providing corporate secretarial advice to assessing client’s accounting needs.

We take all the necessary steps to ensure that accounts, statutory and tax records of your company remain secure. All staff are bound by confidentiality clauses in their employment contract with Exes, and to date, we have not exercised the right to terminate or discipline any staff in breach of the confidentiality clause.

On-time and accurate delivery of accounts is our top priority. We know that a delay in delivery of a financial report will affect decision making, as well as incur unnecessary costs for our clients. With complete documents available and with your co-operation, we will deliver your accounts on time. To ensure deadlines are met, we will remind all clients of the filing deadlines in advance, giving you ample time to do the necessary.
